Food is the most important to keep in good health. It gives us
energy for doing work. It gives us nutrition and vitamins and essential
elements for our body.
Food must be good to help our body keep in good.
Food mainly two types.
1. Vegetable and Fruits
2. Meat
1. Vegetable and Fruits
Vegetable is the best sources of getting vitamins. Fruits are also.
Yellow vegetables and green spinach are a great use of our health. From
these we get VITAMIN A, B, C, D and VITAMIN K.
VITAMIN A prevents us from blindness.
VITAMIN B prevents us from wound in mouth.
VITAMIN C helps us to prevent from different diseases like fever,
Scurvy etc.
VITAMIN D helps us to make our bone hard and make Melanin under
our skin.
VITAMIN K helps to stop bleeding when any place of our body is
wounded.
Fruits are a great source of these vitamins. Lemon, Apple,
Pine-Apple, Grapes, Guava, Jackfruit, Mango, Orange, Coconut etc. are helpful
for our health.
2. MEAT
Meat is a source of protein. It can be provided from cow, chicken,
fish etc. Fish are good for health because it provides VITAMIN A, D and
PHOSPHET, CALCIUM, Amino Acid etc.
We always should eat a lot of fruits, vegetables to keep ourselves
healthy.
