Potato is a kind of food which grows under soil. It grows under soil. It is a kind of tuber. It is mainly a carbohydrate providing food. It has a lot of minerals, nutrition and other food elements.



It is cultivated in China, India, France, Germany, Russia, Netherlands, Bangladesh etc. It plants are mainly obtained from seeds. But at present plants are grown from another potato.

These helps to prevent heart attack. It also has a lot of Potassium which prevents high blood presser. There is a digesting helpful element in potato which helps to prevent cancer.

You can eat potato by curry, boiled, fried, and soup.The best use of potato is chips.
