Fruits are one of the best foods in the whole world. There are a lot of uses of the fruits. It is a great use to us. We eat different kinds of fruits for its sweet taste. It gives us vitamins, minerals and other food elements which are very important for our body. Fruits also help to prevent many diseases such as fever, cold and some other normal diseases and also work against cancer, AIDS and other diseases which cause our death. 




Fruits help to control over our fate. If you eat different kinds of fruits regularly, you will be soon in slim figure. Who are fat eat some fruits every day. Its skins can be used as compost fertilizer in the fields. When the skins are completely rotten it becomes compost. That is better than any other fertilizers. This fertilizer doesn’t make the soil but makes it fertile. It also doesn’t make our environment polluted. In-organic (fertilizer made from chemicals; such as TSP, MP etc.) makes pollution and cause a great harm to the soil. It makes the soil barren. When it rains, the chemicals mix with water and goes to any pond, river or the sea. The creatures in these places are greatly harmed.
