About Vegetables

Vegetable is one kind of herbal food.It contains a lot of vitamins,minerals etc. which is very useful for our body.It helps to prevent blindness, anaemia and a lot of other diseases even it decreases the chance of being attacked by cancer, diabetics and a lot of diseases which takes the vitality of life.


Some of our most popular vegetables are cabbages,potatoes, pumpkins,radishes,carrots,brinjals,onion,tomatoes,green bananas,beans,Ladies figures,cauliflowers, papayas etc.All these are    prescriptions of different diseases such as fever, diarrhoeas etc.

We should always try to eat some green vegetables everyday to keep in good health.
