Ladies Finger is a kind of long vegetable. It has another name: Okra. There are two kinds of Okras. They are red and green coloured. It seems like finger as like as women. Therefore, it is named Ladies Finger. It is a flowering plant. It is a very common vegetable. It is mainly eaten when it is green. It looks like a tube. It is very useful for our health. It tastes a kind of glossy food.
